1. Acceptance
By accessing CricMate, browsing match information or subscribing to CricMate Premium, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service
CricMate provides cricket information, AI-assisted answers, pitch reports, player analysis, win probability insights, short-form videos, player role insights and post-match breakdowns. Limited match information may be available without a paid subscription.
3. Premium Subscription
- CricMate Premium is a paid digital subscription that unlocks premium cricket content and app features.
- The introductory offer shown in the app is ₹9 for one day, followed by ₹199 per month unless cancelled.
- The subscription uses autopay and renews automatically until the user cancels through the relevant store, payment provider or subscription settings.
- Prices, billing intervals and offers may change. Users can review the applicable price before purchase.
4. App Store Billing
When CricMate is distributed through Apple App Store or Google Play and unlocks digital content inside the app, in-app purchase or platform billing may be required under the applicable platform rules. Subscription management, cancellation and certain refund flows may be handled directly by Apple or Google.
5. AI and Cricket Insights
CricMate insights are generated from cricket data, editorial judgement and AI-assisted systems. The content is informational and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. CricMate does not guarantee match outcomes, team selection or player performance.
6. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the app, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive prompts, violate intellectual property rights or use CricMate for unlawful activity. CricMate may restrict or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
CricMate content, design, branding, analysis, videos and software are owned by or licensed to Gamepe Technologies Private Limited. Users receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the app as intended.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Users can cancel renewal through the relevant subscription management flow. Refund handling depends on where the purchase was made, including Apple App Store, Google Play or another approved payment channel. See the Refund Policy for more detail.
9. Limitation of Liability
CricMate is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamepe Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect losses, missed predictions, match interpretation outcomes, data delays or service interruptions.
