Pricing Policy

CricMate (operated by Gamepe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) provides an AI-driven second-screen cricket entertainment platform featuring AI chatbot analysis and cricket match insights (collectively, the “App”). This Pricing Policy explains how CricMate prices its offerings, including subscriptions and credits. By using the App or making any purchase, the user agrees to this Pricing Policy.

Pricing Objectives

CricMate’s pricing is designed to:

Generate sustainable revenue to maintain and improve the App.

Encourage user engagement by offering flexible, value-driven options.

Maintain a competitive edge while remaining fair and transparent.

Pricing Strategies

CricMate uses a combination of the following strategies:

Freemium (Limited Free Access)

From time to time, CricMate may offer free access to a subset of features to let users explore the App. Free access is provided at CricMate’s sole discretion, may be withdrawn at any time, and is not guaranteed to be always available. Business feasibility determines whether and how much free access is offered.

Subscriptions

Users can subscribe to unlock paid features. Subscriptions may be offered in tiers – higher tiers may unlock more features and/or include a larger monthly credit allowance.

Pricing & Changes: Subscription prices are displayed in the App. CricMate may change subscription fees from time to time. Any price change will be communicated on the app subscription page or when the user wants to renew their subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Credit Inclusion: Each subscription plan includes a certain number of Credits per billing cycle. Credits are consumed when the user accesses paid AI features.

No-Credit Options: CricMate may, at its discretion, offer flat-fee subscriptions that provide unlimited access without Credits. Such plans, if introduced, will be governed by separate terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The user can cancel anytime via App settings. No refunds for partial billing periods (see Refund Policy).

Microtransactions (Credit Packs)

If a user runs out of Credits before the subscription renews, the user may purchase additional Credits (microtransactions). Such credit purchases are one-time purchases, do not auto-renew, and are subject to the same non-refundable and no-withdrawal rules as regular Credits.

Pricing Structure

CricMate maintains a fair and transparent pricing structure:

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST), unless stated otherwise.

The user can see the exact price of any subscription plan or Credit pack before confirming the purchase.

Taxes may be itemized separately at checkout depending on the payment gateway.

Pricing Examples (Illustrative)

The following are current examples and subject to change. The user should refer to the App for the most up-to-date prices.

Note: Actual plans, prices, and credit amounts may differ. The App will always show the current offer before purchase.

Credits – Key Rules

Credits are consumable – each AI query or paid feature access consumes a predetermined number of Credits.

Credits do not expire as long as the user’s account remains active.

If the user’s account is terminated for violation of CricMate’s Terms of Use, all unused Credits are forfeited without refund.

Credits have no cash value – the user cannot withdraw, exchange, or transfer them for real money.

Unused Credits are non-refundable, except in the case of verifiable technical issues on CricMate’s side (see Refund Policy).

Regional Pricing

CricMate may offer different prices in different regions (e.g., outside India) to reflect local market conditions, taxes, and payment methods. If a user accesses the App from a region outside India, the currency and price applicable will be shown at checkout. The user is responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by the user’s bank or payment provider. CricMate will regularly review its pricing to ensure that it is aligned with the company's objectives and competitive landscape.

Promotional Pricing & Discounts

CricMate may, from time to time, offer:

Discounts on subscription plans.

Bonus Credits with certain Credit packs.

Limited-time promotions.

Promotional prices are valid only for the specified period. After the promotion ends, regular prices apply. CricMate reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

Price Changes & Notifications

Subscription prices: CricMate will notify the user of any price increase before the next renewal via in-app message, email, or WhatsApp/RCS. If the user does not cancel before the renewal, the user is deemed to have accepted the new price.

Credit pack prices: CricMate may change Credit pack prices at any time. The new price will apply to future purchases only; previously purchased Credits are unaffected.

Tax changes: If applicable tax rates change, CricMate may adjust prices accordingly without prior notice.

Pricing experiments: CricMate may experiment with different pricing strategies to see what works best for its users.

No Refund & No Withdrawal

All payments are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in CricMate’s Refund Policy. There is no withdrawal facility – the user cannot convert Credits or any subscription balance into cash.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from pricing or payments shall first be raised with CricMate’s support team. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the Dispute Resolution clause in CricMate’s Terms of Use.

Updates to This Pricing Policy

CricMate may update this Pricing Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App and/or on CricMate’s website. The user’s continued use of CricMate after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, CricMate will provide in-app or email notice.

Effective Date: This Pricing Policy is effective from the moment the user installs or uses the CricMate App.
