- App and device information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, logs and diagnostics.
- Usage information such as match views, questions asked to the AI companion, watched videos, language preference and premium feature usage.
- Payment and subscription status received from the payment platform. CricMate does not store full card details when purchases are processed by Apple, Google or another payment provider.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, deliver premium access, personalize cricket content, improve AI answers, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
Information may be shared with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, payments, customer support, security and legal compliance. We may disclose information to authorities when required by law or to protect users, the company or the service.
Data Rights
Users can request access, correction or deletion of personal information. To request deletion, email contact@gamepe.co.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your CricMate user ID or account details needed to identify the account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure, so users should keep account credentials and devices protected.
