enjoying cricket much more entertaining.
General Refund Policy:
All purchases made in CricMate are final and non-refundable. However, we will consider issuing a refund in the following circumstances:
Technical Issues: If you are experiencing technical difficulties with CricMate that prevent you from accessing or using your purchased items, we will issue a full refund.
Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase an item in CricMate, we will issue a full/partial refund if you contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
Fraudulent Activity: If you believe that your account has been compromised and used to make unauthorized purchases, we will investigate the matter and issue a refund if necessary.
Partial Refunds: If you raise a refund on the basis of unsatisfactory service, we may issue a partial refund based on the case to case basis
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases, including coins, virtual gifts, and virtual assets, are not refundable unless they fall under one of the general refund policies listed above.

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
